Whether you're just getting started or looking for a challenge, we have a class to suit your fitness level.
Perfect if you're new to rebounding or looking for an easier to moderate cardio workout. We offer two intensity options throughout the class, allowing you to work at your own pace while gradually building fitness and confidence.
If you're looking for a more challenging workout, BURN combines faster-paced rebounding with dedicated strength tracks using bodyweight exercises. It's designed to elevate your heart rate while building strength and endurance.
Designed for adults aged 60+, this low-impact class focuses on improving balance, coordination, strength and confidence while being gentle on the joints. Enjoy familiar music from the '60s, '70s and '80s, multiple intensity options for those that want to push a little harder, and brain-training exercises. This a fun way to stay active.
Designed for children aged 6–10, our Kids classes help develop coordination, balance and confidence through movement, music and fun games. For children aged 11 and over, we recommend joining our FIT or BURN classes, which are better suited to older kids and teenagers looking for a more challenging workout.
Are your rebounding classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We welcome beginners, and many of our members have never tried rebounding before their first class. If you are nervous, start with our slower paced fitness classes - FIT or BALANCE.
How do I book a rebounding class?
Easily book online or with the Bouncd NQ members app. Select your class time and secure your spot instantly.
Is there a weight limit?
Our rebounders are suitable for most people upto 130kg. We also have three premium rebounders with a maximum user wieght of 150kg.
Can I bring my child to class?
We understand that finding childcare isn't always easy. While our classes are designed for participants, we can occasionally accommodate children who are happy to sit quietly during the session. Because our studio is small and our classes are designed to create an immersive experience, we ask that you please contact us before bringing your child so we can let you know whether it's suitable for that class. Our long-term goal is to create a dedicated space where parents can comfortably bring their children while they work out. Unfortunately, we don't have the room for that just yet, so we appreciate your understanding.
Do I need to bring anything for class?
Just water, a towel, comfortable workout clothes, and fun attitude- your trial includes non-slip socks but you can choose to bounce in running shoes if you would prefer.
What age groups can join BOUNC'D Classes?
We offer dedicated Kids Classes for children aged 6–10 years, where sessions are designed specifically for their age with fun games, movement and music. Children aged 11 years and over are welcome to join our regular FIT or BURN classes alongside our adult members. These classes are better suited to older children and teenagers looking for a more challenging workout. If you'd prefer to exercise together, children aged 6–10 years are also welcome to attend our regular FIT or BURN classes when accompanied by a participating adult. This is a great option for families wanting to enjoy the experience together.
Is reounding safe if I have a weak pelvic floor?
Often, yes. Many people with mild pelvic floor concerns enjoy our FIT and BOUNC'D BALANCE classes, as they include lower-impact options that can be adjusted to suit your comfort level. If you have significant symptoms or have been diagnosed with a pelvic floor condition, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before attending.
Can I attend if I have an injury?
Rebounding is a low-impact form of exercise, and many people find it a great way to return to fitness or stay active while managing certain injuries or joint concerns. However, rebounding is not recommended during pregnancy or for individuals with a pacemaker, as there is currently very limited research on rebounding specifically for these conditions. If you have disc bulges, significant back injuries or other medical conditions, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before participating. If you're unsure whether rebounding is right for you, please get in touch. We're happy to discuss your individual circumstances and help you choose the most suitable class.
